Police have made a third arrest in connection with a stabbing in Wisbech in January. 

Officers were called at 6.33am on January 10 with reports that Eliza Bibby’s body had been found at her home in Beechwood Road. 

In this latest update, police say a man in his 20s from Wisbech was arrested yesterday (2 March) on suspicion of murder. 

He has since been released on bail, with restrictions, and has been told to appear at Thorpe Wood police station on June 2.

Another suspect, Mark Coleman, 45, had also been arrested on suspicion of the murder - but was found dead at HMP Peterborough on January 25

At the opening of Mr Coleman's inquest, area coroner for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Simon Milburn said he was found unresponsive in a cell.
 
Coleman, of no fixed abode, had been arrested and bailed on suspicion of murdering the 47-year-old but remanded in custody in connection with unrelated allegations. 
 
A 42-year-old woman from Wisbech has also been arrested and bailed on suspicion of murder, but remanded in custody in connection with unrelated allegations. 

At the inquest opening into Ms Bibby's death, Mr Milburn explained her cause of death was determined as “stab wounds of the neck”.
