I HAVE a copy of the Fenland Advertiser for Wednesday April 3, 1985, showing a photograph of a small baby born without limbs.

The 'Sun' newspaper and Wisbech man Norman Jacobs (owner of the Empire) were raising money for the abandoned baby who had been named 'Tina'.

I often wonder whether Tina survived?
