IN respect of the refusal of the new Wisbech Town football ground plans because the noise could upset the residents, I would like to ask how these people think those residents cope who are already living near the present ground?

As a now ex-resident of Sefton Avenue, we had no option but to put up with the noise, sometimes from the ref being whistle happy, loud music blaring out and shouting whenever a goal was scored. There was also bad parking but we shut-up and put up with it.

However, I do wonder why the current ground is being sold and suddenly worth so much for housing?
