I AM researching the crash of RAF Halifax LK789 during WW2. The bomber was shot down by an intruder and crashed in a field opposite Colony farm, near Manea 25/4/44.

I wondered if you could help me with any information or photos from the Cambs Times archives.

Six crew including my uncle Sgt N.M Harrison were killed, only the rear gunner survived. I have sent details of the crews last operation to the website below.
