Musician Matt McChlery will perform a free concert at Octavia’s Café as part of the After Hours Live series in Wisbech on Friday December 1.

Singing songs that touch the heart and writing books that inspire and encourage, Matt McChlery seeks to bring a bit of light and life into the world around him.

His repertoire includes originals as well as covers from bands such as Mumford and Sons, James Blunt, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol.

Matt’s song ‘Fingerprints’ reached ‘Finalist’ position in the 2014 UK Songwriting Competition and his music has been played on radio stations around the world.

He is a regular performer at KingsStock music festival and also plays a variety of other gigs and venues around the country throughout the year.

Matt has recently launched his ‘All Things New’ project that includes a book and a CD that both explore a Christian theme and has been well received by churches.

This event promises to be both thought provoking and entertaining and as it is December, there may also be a couple of festive songs slipped into the line-up too to get you into the Christmas mood.

Music starts at 7.30 pm (doors 7pm).
