Local musicians Neil Cousin and Dan the D will perform at the Angles Theatre in Wisbech on Friday February 9.
Neil Cousin and Dan Donovan are singer/songwriters living and breathing music in the Fens.
A mixture of a stream of consciousness anecdotes, unreliable testimonies, gritty blues and folk renditions from the soul.
The evening promises dry humour and brooding melodies to light up a dark and possibly wet Fenland evening!
“Clever lyrics and subtle and inspired music. A brooding cocktail of coal black imagery and nocturnal poetry . . .” according to FATEA Magazine
“Cousin has a way with words, switching easily between the prosaic and the metaphorical, and always finding an image that evokes a plurality of meanings,” says
Oliver Arditi.
Tickets, priced at £6 per person, are available from www.anglestheatre.co.uk
