Grab a chance to enjoy an elite brass band performing in Fenland when the group that took the Floral Dance to the charts in the 780s comes to town.
To celebrate its 125 year anniversary, March Brass 2000 has organised for the distinctive sound of the famous Brighouse and Rastrick Band to perform at Neale-Wade Academy at 7pm on September 17.
The Brighouse and Rastrick band has attracted a formidable reputation for highly entertaining concerts for both the general public and brass band connoisseurs.
In November 1977, they reached number two in the UK singles chart with their recording of The Floral Dance.
March Brass 2000 meets Brighouse and Rastrick Band tickets are available from Cooperative Travel, Broad Street, March, Tel; 01354 650 945. Seats are £10 and raised seats are £12. There are no concessions.
