WISBECH Rugby Club s under-9s maintained this season s unbeaten record with two solid wins against St Ives. In the first game Wisbech failed to find their stride early, but soon settled and won the game 7-1. They won the second game 8-2.
WISBECH Rugby Club's under-9s maintained this season's unbeaten record with two solid wins against St Ives.
In the first game Wisbech failed to find their stride early, but soon settled and won the game 7-1. Tries came from Thomas Nunn (3), Cameron Finlay (2), Luke Green and Archie Lyall.
The second match saw some excellent team play from Wisbech, with hard work from the forwards allowing scrum half James Shelly to feed a back row that was on top form.
Wisbech ran out 8-2 winners, with another hat-trick from Thomas Nunn and another brace from Cameron Finlay. Luke Green, Luke Fey and Frank Etherington completed the rout.
