WISBECH Town followed up their first win of the new Ridgeon's League season with a draw away at fierce local rivals King's Lynn Reserves last night (Wednesday).
The Fenmen's impressive victory on Saturday against Woodbridge Town filtered through to the game at The Walks.
Scott Cubberley gave Wisbech the lead on 40 minutes. He was played through by Darren Jimson and beat the offside trap, firing across goal into the top corner from 12 yards out.
The Fenmen also hit the bar from a corner in the second half, but a goal from Portuguese striker Nelson Moriera secured a point for King's Lynn.
The Fenmen play Needham Market away in the FA Cup on Saturday, before hosting Walsham-le-Willows in a league game on Saturday September 5.
