WISBECH stretched their unbeaten run to 10 games but missed three glorious second-half chances to take all three points.
Stuart Cobb shot wide from eight yards after Scott Cubberley's fine run and low cross from the left wing, Darren Jimson lobbed the Hadleigh keeper when clean through but hit the post and Cubberley headed over from inside the six yard box after a misdirected clearance header following Jimson's long throw.
Charlie Defty and Lewis Thompson had earlier missed decent chances in the first half.
At the other end outstanding defender Anthony Reeve made a superb last-ditch tackle to deny a Hadleigh striker.
Wisbech player-manager Gary Setchell said: "We outclassed them really and should have won.
"We have a couple of winnable games coming up then a very tough December.
"At the start of the season the aim was to avoid relegation but we'd now be disappointed to not finish in the top half of the table."
Wisbech slipped to ninth and missed a good opportunity to make progress with CRC the only team in the top seven to win on Saturday.
* Wisbech have been drawn at home to Kershaw Premier side Lakenheath in the Cambs Invitation Cup second round on January 12.
Lakenheath caused a massive upset when they hammered March 5-1 in the first round.
