WISBECH stretched their unbeaten run to 10 games but missed three glorious second-half chances to take all three points.
Stuart Cobb shot wide from eight yards after Scott Cubberley's fine run and low cross from the left wing, Darren Jimson lobbed the Hadleigh keeper when clean through but hit the post and Cubberley headed over from inside the six yard box after a misdirected clearance header following Jimson's long throw.
Charlie Defty and Lewis Thompson had earlier missed decent chances in the first half.
At the other end outstanding defender Anthony Reeve made a superb last-ditch tackle to deny a Hadleigh striker.
