Thirty Wisbech students headed to the Embankment Stadium in Peterborough to take on the Cambridgeshire AA Championships on Saturday (May 12).

Several Wisbech Grammar School athletes won podium places as well as setting personal best times and breaking school records in all age groups.

A spokesman for the school said: “We would like to congratulate all the pupils who took part in the competition.”
