A golfer from Wisbech is celebrating joining an illustrious club after achieving every golfer’s dream ... hitting a hole in one.
Tim Hines, 46, achieved the feat with a seven iron on the 142-yard, par-three 16th hole at Tydd St Giles Golf Club.
To mark the achievement, the five-handicapper was given a watch by BOSS, who reward golfers that hit the perfect shot.
Hines said: “I hit a seven-iron just past the pin; it landed and spun back into the hole.”
