The home club's England youth international Jordan Gill was involved in fight of the night.
He displayed superb hand speed and foot-movement to beat the powerful Kester Paris-Jones on a unanimous decision.
Paris-Jones, from Capitol ABC, went into the fight on the back of a victory over Three Nations gold medalist Connor Wells, but was outclassed by Gill.
Gill dominated round one with a ferocious mixture of head and body shots, picked Paris-Jones apart with some fine jabs in the second and showed great fitness to keep up his tempo in the third and final round to leave the judges with an easy decision.
Tilsley was also very impressive in his win over London Peacock's Costas Osben.
Osben was taller and more muscular than the Chatteris fan favorite but Tilsley excelled with rapid counter-punch combinations.
A big right hook cut Osben's nose in round two and both boxers tired in the later stages of the ferocious contest before Tilsley was given the decision.
Brown, Chatteris's Eastern Area Light Heavyweight champion, won a ding dong battle with Peacock's Jason Summers.
The punches were big and powerful and at one stage the referee was squashed against the ropes behind Brown as Summers went on the rampage.
Brown convincingly won the first round with three powerful right hooks shaking the London boxer.
Summers dominated the centre of the ring to edge the second round but Brown knocked his opponent down for an eight-count in the third to take the unanimous decision.
Earlier in the evening McVicar put in an all-action display to take a majority decision over Cheshunt's James Boswell and heavyweight debutant Pacey rounded off a superb evening for the home club with victory over Peterborough Arena's S Patterson.
Good jabbing had Patterson on the back foot but it didn't take long for the match to turn into mayhem with the ring rocking as the two big fighters traded blows to have the crowd in raptures.
Elsewhere Chatteris's Percy Baxter made his debut and was beaten by Peterborough Arena's Connor Chant.
There were also defeats for Chatteris fighters Richard Calaunan, Ronan Minnett and Chris Williams.
March's Danny Hedges was narrowly beaten in lively contest against Guilford City's D Chalk and Whittlesey's Charlie Pauly lost to Chris Glading, from Ipswich.
Steve Smith, from All Comers, beat Stevenage's Levi Raymond.
Chatteris ABC wish to thank Global Tiles and Fenland District Council for sponsoring the evening, everyone involved in organising the evening and the public for their support.
