WISBECH hosted the second round of matches of the newly-formed Cambridgeshire Junior Badminton League.
Approximately 100 children, aged eight to 17, played at Thomas Clarkson Community College on Saturday.
Two Wisbech teams took part.
One was the appropriately named Wisbech Stand in Team, who stepped in at the last minute and finished top of under-14s division three with 16 wins and two defeats.
Wisbech Juniors finished bottom of the under-18s division two with four wins and 14 defeats.
The organisers wish to thank Thomas Clarkson Community College for the use of their excellent facilities and hope to return next year.
The next round of matches will be played at Cambridge Regional College on January 16.
