Runners take on the gruelling Stamford 30k

TWENTY members of Fenland Running Club took part in the gruelling Stamford 30k road race.
The race attracted 633 finishers on Sunday and saw some impressive times for the Fenland contingent.
Ady Martin was first man home for Fenland in 2.13.42 and Trudy Sayell was first Fenland lady, home in 2.23.13.
On the same day Fenland's Rebecca Cousins finished third in Ryston Runners cross-country race at Shouldham Warren.
She finished the 9k race in 33.58.
Her club mate, Ozzi Deneri finished in 44.28.

In the 4.5K race for under 17s, Jack Trow finished third in 16.05 and Lee Shephard finished fifth in 17.04.
