A LUKE PEPPER hat-trick helped March return to form with an emphatic win over Swaffham.
March boss Jamie Weston said: "It was just what we needed after two successive defeats.
"We were quick to close them down, played some good football and took our chances well.
"We have Whitton United at home on Saturday. They beat us 5-2 at their place and are a decent side with lots of pace but if we play like we did against Swaffham I expect us to beat them."
Pepper headed home Mark Welcher's cross after four minutes and doubled the lead with a penalty after a foul on Lee White.
Swaffham pulled one back before half-time but Welcher's half-volley from six yards made it 3-1 in the 48th minute.
Pepper scored another penalty after a handball for which the Swaffham play was sent off and Denny Escorcio completed the scoring after a neat passing move.
