THE Fenland District Youth Council have provided a grant of £900 to March Town Cricket Club's junior section.
The money will be spent on cricket equipment and a larger cricket coaching pack.
The club runs boys' under-11, under-13 and under-15s teams and a ladies' team.
Club coaches provide 250 hours of free coaching to schools in Fenland through the English Cricket Board's Chance to Shine Campaign.
March Town Cricket Club chairman Les Mills said: "My thanks go to the Fenland District Youth Council and the community development officer Hetty Thornton for their continued support.
