George Russell put together an impressive race weekend in the Formula 3 European Championship at Portimao in Portugal.
The 17 year-old improved with every race - he finished race one 10th, race two fifth and just missed out on a podium, finishing fourth, in race three.
After the final race, Russell tweeted: “Tough race today but managed to bring it home in P4. Certainly the maximum we could’ve achieved. Onto the next one.”
With two race weekends to go (Nurburgring and Hockenheim), Russell is fifth in the overall standings.
