AMATEUR footballers who played for Wisbech teams in the 1960s are being sought for a reunion, planned for later this year.
It comes after the success of a reunion held for players of youth teams from the same period.
Teams from the 1960s include Wisbech Dynamos, Metal Box, Fen Stars, Wisbech Rovers, Nene Rovers, Alfred House, Park Rangers, Methodists, Wisbech Youth Club, Wisbech Town and Wisbech Town Reserves.
The reunion, planned for November, will be held on a Saturday night, most likely at the Ex-Servicemen's Club in Alexandra Road.
Trevor Smith, one of the event organisers, said: "If you would like to rekindle some good memories of playing football in Wisbech during the 1960s, and have a great night out with some old friends, please contact us."
