FORMER Kettering Town and Stevenage ‘keeper Ryan Rayner has signed for Wisbech Town.
Rayner, 21, has impressed Fenmen boss Steve Appleby in recent friendlies and becomes the club’s seventh new addition this summer.
The 6ft 5in shot-stopper joins Steven Reid, Chris Bacon, Nick Davey, Simon Ashton, Liam Nimmo and Neal Spafford in signing for the Ridgeons League Challenge Cup winners.
Appleby’s charges begin their Ridgeons Premier Division campaign against Wivenhoe Town at the Elgood’s Fenland Stadium on Saturday.
