The Fenmen’s home clash with Histon Reserves has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Despite the valiant efforts of groundsman David ‘Snips’ Parsons and a small army of helpers the Fenmen’s second fixture in a row fell foul of wet weather.

Steve Appleby’s side has endured a frustrating winter with six of their last eight games being postponed and as a result will have to play a number of midweek games in the coming months.

The supporters’ club annual meeting will still go ahead at the Tom Wood’s Beer Fenland Stadium despite the game being called off. It begins at 2pm.
