Millson, Jordan and Lunn leave Wisbech Town

Three key players, including fans player of the season Adam Millson, have left Wisbech Town.

Millson, who made 167 appearances in three and a half season at the Fenmen, is joining Evo Stick Northern Premier League Division One South side Spalding United.

Goalkeeper Lea Jordan is another player who sees his future away from the Elgoods Fenland Stadium. His third stint with the club ends with him on 175 appearances since making his debut in 2010.

Winger Matt Lunn will not be returning next season as he has secured a job in Spain. Over five seasons, he made 224 appearances, scoring 35 goals.

A club spokesman said: “The club would like to place on record its appreciation to all three players for their hard work and wish them well for the future.”
