Fenland Running Club duo Justin Showell and Dan Carrington took on a daunting cross-country marathon at Delapre Abbey in Northamptonshire.
In a field of 19 runners, Showell finished seventh in 4.20.17 and Carrington finished 17th in 4.44.21.
Richard Hammond was the sole Fenland Running Club member taking part in the City of Norwich Trowse 10km on Sunday. In his first race of the year, Hammond came a creditable 44th out of the 576 finishers in 39 minutes 44 seconds.
