Fenland Running Club members were out in force over the weekend, in what proved to be the hottest weekend of the year so far.
Visiting his home town of Brighton, Richard Hammond joined over 2,000 other runners at the Worthing 10k.
Hammond finished in a highly-respectable 52nd overall and eighth in the MV40 category with a time of 38 minutes and 50 seconds.
Ian and Sally King and Stephen Brunton were closer to home at the Woodhall Spa Community Road Race 10K on a flat course through Lincolnshire countryside.
In a field of over 1,000, Ian finished in 344th with a time of 50 minutes and six seconds, Stephen was 786th in one hour, three minutes and six seconds and Sally was 985th in one hour, 17 minutes and 22 seconds.
