A team of young footballers swapped the gloomy Fenland weather for the slightly sunnier climes of Portugal recently.
The Wisbech Acorns Under 14s travelled to the Algarve for Quarteria’s first youth football tournament on March 3.
The youngsters finished in second place after drawing the final 3-3 and losing on penalties.
