Championship glory for Wisbech Swimming Club as youngsters smash personal bests

More than 20 Wisbech swimmers starred at the Cambridgeshire Development Championships in Peterborough - racking up 62 personal bests.

Hannah Brown and Jack Lane led the way with five first places as Wisbech’s swimmers collected 35 gold, 16 silver and five bronze medals - finishing second overall.

A stunning week continued at the Club Championships where Charlie Loates, Elouise Youngs, Grace Cherry, Hannah Brown, Emily Pilbeam, Ben Marsters and Abigail Foley all smashed championship records.
