ATHLETICS: Fenland Running Club stars Martin and Andrew ease to top-five finishes at Whitemoor 5 mile race

Martin Jennings and Andrew Plume continued their battle for top Fenland Running Club runner as they took part in March AC’s Whitemoor five mile race last weekend.

And it was Martin who was left smiling after he sprinted to a fourth-place finish, one place ahead of Andrew, to claim the MV45 crown.

A host of other age category places followed with Jane Greenwood (1st LV60), Jac Richards (1st LV50), Claudia Milburn (2nd Senior Lady), Ian Milburn (2nd MV70), Tom Richards (3rd MV50); Ann Trett (3rd Senior Lady), Sarah Gauvin (3rd LV45) and Julie Garner (3rd LV50) all performing well.
