WISBECH hosted a feast of junior rugby on Sunday.

Teams from West Norfolk took on the home club in under-7s, under-8s, under9s, under-11s and under-12s matches and Wisbech under-15s played against Ely.

The under-7s, in new kit supplied by Bardon Aggregates, lost their first game 3-2 before drawing the next three, 5-5, 3-3 and 3-3, with the last game being their best performance of the season.

Wisbech under-8s took on a fast-moving side, but won 7-3, drew 7-7 and won 6-4 and named James Shelley as player of the week for his controlled and consistent play.

Wisbech under-9s enjoyed a 3-1 win and 0-0 and 1-1 draws, the under-11s enjoyed good 10-5 and 5-0 wins but the under-12s lost 3-0 and 2-0 and the under-15s lost 15-0 to Ely.
