Wisbech Swimming Club has made history by winning two Fenland League titles for the second year running.
The club retained both the Junior and Senior Fenland League titles, a feat chair Lisa Bishop called a proud moment for everyone involved.
Ms Bishop said: "I am so proud of all the swimmers and, on behalf of everyone at the club, I would like to congratulate them all on two fantastic wins which have seen them make history for the club.
"All the swimmers should be rightly proud of their achievements, showing that their hard work in training really does pay off.
"I would also like to thank all of the coaches and volunteers who make results like this possible."
Wisbech A finished second in the Junior Fenland League A Final in Ely with 131 points, four behind winners West Norfolk.
City of Ely finished third with 104 points, while Huntingdon came fourth with 64.
Despite not winning the final gala, Wisbech’s unbeaten performance throughout the season secured them the overall Junior League title.
Wisbech’s B team finished fourth in the B Final and eighth overall.
A week later, Wisbech faced City of Ely, March Marlins, St Neots Swans and Huntingdon Piranhas in the Senior Fenland League Final in Newmarket.
Wisbech won the Senior League title by three points in the final race to complete its historic double.
Junior swimmers claimed 18 wins and 35 personal bests in the A Final, while the senior squad recorded 17 wins and 19 personal bests.
The club is inviting new members to join and experience competitive swimming for themselves.
