COUNCIL action against a householder, who installed a radio mast at the front of her home, has been dropped after the mast was moved.
Fenland District Council planning officers was given permission to start legal proceedings to get the mast removed from the front of the house in Myles Lane, Wisbech.
However, the mast, used by home-based taxi business Cox's Taxis, was moved to the back of the house after talks with planning officers.
Donna Wright, who runs Cox's Taxis, said: "It was sorted out just after Christmas."
The council's planning committee approved enforcement action against Ms Wright at their meeting on February 13.
But, in a letter to Ms Wright, planning officers said a site visit a week later found the aerial had been moved to the back of the house and was considered acceptable.
