Woman punched in head repeatedly at Wisbech bus station

A WOMAN was punched in the head repeatedly as she was assaulted at a bus station in Wisbech.

The 36-year-old victim was sitting in the Horsefair bus station when she was approached by another woman.

An altercation took place before the offender struck the woman on numerous occasions.

The offender is white, described as aged between 21-40, and was wearing a white hooded top with a silver picture on the front, navy blue tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

The assault happened at about 2.15pm on Wednesday, September 15.

Pc Kris Mueller, said: “This assault took place in the middle of the day in a busy bus station and I’m sure many witnesses will have seen what happened.”
