A WOMAN accused of stealing more than �19,000 from a Wisbech charity appeared in court today.
Andrea Smith, 46, is alleged to have stolen �13,546 in cheques from Wisbech Community Development Trust - which runs the Oasis Community and Children Centre - between May 2007 and May 2010.
She is also accused of stealing cash totalling �5,849 between the same date, Fenland magistrates were told.
Smith, of Tinkers Drove, Wisbech, did not enter a plea, and her case was adjourned until December 7. She was given unconditional bail.
