POLICE have appealed for witnesses to a road traffic collision near Wisbech St Mary yesterday (Thursday) in which a man died.
The collision happened at about 3.50pm, involving a blue lorry and a grey Ford Granada, on the B1166 close to its junction with Seadyke Bank.
The driver of the Granada was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, with serious injuries, but later died.
PC Francis Crawford, investigating, said: "I am trying to find out exactly how this collision happened and would like anyone with any information to get in touch."
