MOTORISTS can expect to be caught in further delays in Wisbech when two sets of road works begin.

Weasenham Lane will be closed for a four-week period, starting on Monday for work to be carried out for Reason Homes

This is to allow for the reconstruction of the South Brink and Weasenham Lane areas.

Across town gas works will be carried out for National Grid.

The junction of Norwich Road and Churchill Road is due to be closed from Monday February 16 - 22.

Drivers will be diverted via Churchill Road and Ramnoth Road.

Once the junction has been reopened, there will be single lane closures on the southbound side of Churchill Road, either side of Norwich Road, for three weeks, starting on February 23.
