Norfolk police is appealing for help to trace a 38-year-old Wisbech man who officers are keen to speak to in connection with an ongoing investigation.
Percy Biddle of Lake Court, Wisbech, has strong links to the Wisbech and King's Lynn areas.
He is described as 5ft 7in tall, of slim build with blue eyes. He has short brown hair and is clean shaven.
