WISBECH: Police appeal for information to find man who tried to snatch bag from woman
POLICE have appealed for the public s help in tracing a man who attempted to snatch a woman s handbag in a Wisbech street. The woman was walking along Tavistock Road, near to Clarkson Avenue, at around 7.20pm on Tuesday November 18 when she was approached
POLICE have appealed for the public's help in tracing a man who attempted to snatch a woman's handbag in a Wisbech street.
The woman was walking along Tavistock Road, near to Clarkson Avenue, at around 7.20pm on Tuesday November 18 when she was approached by the man.
She held on to the bag and the offender ran off empty-handed in the direction of Norwich Road.
The man is described as white, aged between 21 and 40, 5'10" and slim. He was wearing a light-hooded top, dark trousers and had a bike with him.
