WISBECH: Police appeal after robbery at Little Chef

POLICE are appealing for information to a robbery in Wisbech. The incident happened at the Little Chef on Biggs Road at around 10pm. A man entered the restaurant just before closing and asked the waitress to use the toilet. As he was leaving the waitress

POLICE are appealing for information to a robbery in Wisbech.

The incident happened at the Little Chef on Biggs Road at around 10pm. A man entered the restaurant just before closing and asked the waitress to use the toilet.

As he was leaving the waitress was holding the till and followed the man to the door. The man then turned and assaulted the waitress before grabbing some money from the till and making off across fields to the rear of the restaurant.

The waitress received minor injuries.

The offender is described as a white man, aged between 18 and 20-years-old, 5ft 8 tall, with stocky build and wearing a grey/blue faded hooded top.
