VETERAN criminal Jason Robinson "could not have been more helpful" to police officers who arrested him for shoplifting, Fenland magistrates were told this week.
Robinson, 37, of Milner Road, Wisbech, admitted stealing two printer cartridges from Tesco on November 8.
"Robinson was made subject to a community order for offences of handling stolen goods and possessing class A drugs earlier this year, and was given a suspended jail sentence for burglary last year.
Robinson was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £24.24 compensation and £50 costs.
