WISBECH Mayor Jonathan Farmer swapped his mayoralty robes for his army fatigues during a Territorial Army exercise.
Cllr Farmer has just returned from his annual training with the TA where he is an officer in 37 Signal Regiment.
"The training included involvement in three major UK signal exercises," he said. "These included the movement of headquarter support elements by helicopter, shooting on Castle Martin ranges and adventure training.
