Wisbech man suffers serious head injuries in violent attack by two men
A WISBECH man suffered serious injuries following an assault in the town on Sunday. Officers were called at 1am to reports of a man being assaulted in Bramley Road. The 42-year-old man is believed to have been attacked by two men.

Officers were called at 1am to reports of a man being assaulted in Bramley Road. The 42-year-old man is believed to have been attacked by two men.
He suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn but later transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge where he remains in a stable condition.
Det Sgt David Simpson said: "This was a violent attack which has left the victim with serious head injuries.
