VILLAINS and heroes took over the Meadowgate School in Wisbech as part of a fun day.
Staff and pupils at the school donned an array of outfits, from convict suits to superhero suits, as part of the event.
The fun day had been arranged as a special treat for everyone at the school and there was a host of events lined up during the day including sumo wrestling, jousting and a bungee run.
Student Lewis Green, who is on work placement at the Wisbech Standard, said: "We all had a lot of fun and we all loved the games.

"I think the whole school loved the chance to dress up like their favourite hero or villain. One member of staff dressed up as Yoda from Star Wars, but on the day Yoda went to the dark during the tug of war.
"It was a fantastic day.
