Wisbech golfer organises charity tournament to raise �800 for Meadowgate School

A WISBECH golfer organised a charity tournament which raised more than �800 for the town’s Meadowgate School.

Rod Petch arranged this year’s annual event at Ryston Park Golf Club, near Downham Market, in aid of the special school in Wisbech.

Fellow Wisbech golfer Kenny Newman won the event with the town’s Grant Rider (second, 39 points) and Gary Rider (third, 38 points) taking the honours ahead of 33 other golfers who took to the course.
