OWNERS of Mobile Dog Grooming Business, 'AA Mobile Dog Wash', of Wisbech have marked a successful year by being recognised as 'The Enterprise Fenland Network Breakfast Entrepreneurs of the Year'.
Offering various services from dog clipping and trimming to ear and eye care, Jay Kerr and partner Samantha Knights of Wisbech, started their business in 2008 and have since gradually built up their client list.
Attended by some 40 local businesses and held at the annual Enterprise Fenland Network Lunch at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel in March, the award recognises new business success in the Fenland area
Sam and Jay are thrilled that their hard work seems to be paying off .
Sam, said: "It's been tough getting going but we feel like we are making real progress now and we're delighted to win this award. NWES has been great and always been there when we've needed help."
Both trained veterinary nurses, Jay and Sam are able to bring their knowledge and skills to the business and ensure dogs are given the best care.

With strong forward bookings and increasing number of enquiries they are considering expanding the business again in 2010 with the introduction of a second mobile grooming unit.
In order to set up in business, Jay and Sam turned to business support experts NWES for help, working with Business Advisor Paul Gardner.
