Staff from the Wisbech branch of the Nottingham Building Society (The Nottingham) and Harrison Murray Estate Agency handed over boxes of food to the Wisbech Foodbank.
The overwhelming response from local people came thanks to an advert asking for donations.
Building society manager David Boyce said: “We received lots of food donations from kind-hearted customers and a big thank-you goes to each and every one of them.
“We were proud to hand the items over to the Wisbech Foodbank as they are a fabulous project and we know they will be used where help is needed the most.”
