POLICE are trying to find a woman who kicked a 10-year-old boy in the face, after he accidentally fired a foam dart at her in Wisbech.
Officers said the youngster was left with a cut after being attacked near to his home, close to the Locomotive pub in Lynn Road on Monday December 22 at around 5.15pm.
A spokeswoman said the little boy had been firing foam darts with a friend when one of the toy missiles landed at the woman's feet.
"As the boy went to pick up the dart he was kicked in the face," said the spokeswoman.
"The woman walked off but we want to speak to her. Any assault on a child is a serious matter."
