POLICE are appealing for witnesses after several windscreens were smashed and number plates stolen over two separate nights at a garage forecourt in Wisbech.
Workers at the Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall dealership on Cromwell Road arrived at the garage on the morning of Tuesday, September 5 to discover six car windscreens had been smashed overnight.
The criminal damage took place between 7.45pm on Tuesday, September 4 to 7am the following day.
Then between the hours 5pm on Saturday, September 9 and 7.30am on Monday, September 11, four number plates were stolen from cars at the forecourt.
A police spokesman said: "Anyone who saw anything suspicious over these two separate evenings should contact Wisbech police.
