AS Congham Hall relaunches the hotel’s fine dining restaurant after major refurbishment, we are offering readers the chance to win Sunday lunch for four.
Visit the von Essen hotel near king’s Lynn and Sandringham, relax and take in the country air, then enjoy a wonderful lunch prepared by a team of award-winning chefs.
The elegant and spacious dining room with wraparound views over stunning gardens and parkland offers a truly memorable dining experience.
Now seating up to 100 guests, the restaurant can comfortably accommodate large groups for special occasions, as well as being the perfect choice for intimate tables of two.
The restaurant offers both set and a la carte menu options newly created for the relaunch by award winning head chef David Hammond. There is a strong emphasis on local fresh produce and a fantastic choice of classic British seasonal dishes with a modern twist.
The menu includes dishes such as poached pheasant’s egg, buttered local asparagus and garden chive butter sauce, pan seared Norfolk coast turbot, poached Brancaster Bay lobster and wild garlic risotto.

Congham Hall is due to relaunch in its entirety this summer. In addition to the new fine dining restaurant, the completion of the full refurbishment will see the addition of the brand new Secret Garden Spa, new brasserie, 11 new guest rooms each complete with private garden or terrace, as well as the refurbishment and upgrade of all existing 14 guest rooms and public areas throughout the house.
