POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Whittlesey yesterday (Monday), in which a man died.
The collision happened at about 4.20pm along the A605, close to the King's Dyke railway crossing, and involved a grey Seat Toledo and a Volvo lorry.
The driver of the Seat suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the lorry, a 44-year-old man from Nottinghamshire, was uninjured.
Pc Tim Kirkby, of the road policing unit, said: "I would like to hear from anyone, who was on that stretch of road yesterday afternoon, witness the collision."
