WALPOLE: Hunt for thieves who stole trailer unit from farm

POLICE are appealing for information following a theft at a Fenland farm.
The incident took place at around 4pm on Friday, 3 July at a farm in Gooses Lane, Walpole St Andrew, Wisbech.
Thieves stole a woodchipper trailer unit from the farm - believed to be worth around �500 in total.
The victim was returning home when he passed a vehicle on Gooses Lane and noticed in his rear view mirror that it was towing the woodchipper.
The victim attempted to follow the vehicle which made off and ended up losing the woodchipper off the back.
The description of the vehicle was a white 'S' registered van - believed to be a Transit.

There are believed to have been a number of other road users in the area at the time.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed what happened or spotted the Transit-type vehicle in the area prior to the incident or leaving the farm with the woodchipper which was green and yellow in colour.
