MORE than 800 photographs showing more than 100 years of life in two Fenland villages went on show at an exhibition at Marshland High School.
West Walton and Community Heritage Group built up the photographic collection, showing the life and times of the village and neighbouring Walton Highway, between 1900 and 2002.
They were displayed on a big screen and using 20 of the school's computers, after the school loaded the pictures on to its website.
For those not conversant with computers, five Year 8 students volunteered to help show visitors the pictures on screen.
Paul Williman, heritage group chairman, said: "We had more than 300 people come during the day. Most were ex-pupils of the school who came back for the first time to put names to faces and meet old friends.
